Leadership & Experience
Converge IP is led by Eric Pankonin, whose career has been shaped within enterprise technology organizations serving regulated, multi-site environments.
His experience includes leadership roles at AT&T and Time Warner Cable Business Class (now Spectrum) working alongside financial institutions, healthcare systems, state agencies, and distributed commercial organizations. In addition, he had key roles with numerous technology startups, suppliers, and distributors.
This background informs a disciplined approach to vendor alignment, infrastructure governance, and executive decision architecture—applied today to regional institutions that require enterprise-level rigor without unnecessary complexity.
